About the Opportunity
We’re looking for motivated and determined Lead Generation Executives to join our dynamic remote sales team. This role focuses on high-volume outbound calling — engaging potential clients through our cloud-based autodialler system to identify interest and create qualified leads for our insurance advisors.
Compensation Structure

First 2 weeks: Commission-only period

After 2 weeks: UK minimum wage retainer + uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls via a cloud-based dialling platform

Engage prospects in meaningful discussions about life insurance and related products

Essential Requirements
✅ Proven cold calling experience in the UK – mandatory
✅ Background in insurance sales preferred (other outbound sales considered)
✅ Prior remote sales or lead generation experience within the UK
✅ Self-employed status – responsible for managing own tax and NI
✅ Reliable computer/laptop, headset, and stable internet connection
✅ Strong communication, persuasion, and resilience under pressure
