About the Role
As a Life Insurance Lead Specialist, you’ll reach out to existing life insurance customers and offer them a complimentary policy review. Your primary task is to connect clients with one of our licensed brokers for a fresh, no-obligation quote.
✅ Earn commission every time a client receives a quote — even if they don’t take out a new policy!
✅ Make over 200 calls daily using our efficient auto-dialling system (no manual dialling required).
✅ Receive full onboarding, training, and continuous support — all you need is a laptop, headset, and reliable internet connection.
Earning Potential
Commission Only (first 2 weeks): Our top performers currently earn £800–£1,000 weekly.
After 2 weeks: Opportunity to move to a basic salary + commission model for added income stability.
