Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for care assistants and customers

  • Manage care packages, including risk assessments, reviews, and incident reports

  • Organise and maintain staff rotas using specialist scheduling software

  • Handle new client enquiries efficiently and professionally

Requirements for the Role:

  • Previous experience in domiciliary or home care services

  • Strong communication, organisational, and administrative skills

  • Proactive, flexible, and committed to delivering high-quality care

  • A full driving licence with access to a vehicle

  • IT literacy and the ability to adapt to new systems quickly

  • Qualification in Health and Social Care is desirable but not mandatory
