Role Overview:
Position: Part-time (22.5–30 hours per week)
Working Days: Tuesday to Thursday, 09:00–17:30
Location: Office-based in Stevenage (non-hybrid)
Salary: Full-time equivalent of £26,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including maintenance coordination and supplier management.

Support HR activities such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and maintaining employee records.

Welcome visitors, manage post and deliveries, and arrange meeting refreshments.

Handle travel bookings, health and safety documentation, and internal communications.

Assist with creating policies, planning internal events, and performing general administrative duties.

Promote a positive, collaborative, and supportive office environment.

Previous office experience is advantageous.

Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
