Customer Claims & Support Coordinator – Part-Time Opportunity in Bracknell

Our client is seeking a proactive Customer Claims & Support Coordinator to become part of their approachable and innovative team. Positioned between customer service and finance, this role ensures that claims, credits, and rebills are managed with speed, accuracy, and care—turning challenges into smooth solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer claims and questions regarding faulty goods, incorrect deliveries, credits, and adjustments.

  • Investigate and resolve issues quickly, with empathy and precision.

  • Review, process, and record credits in line with company policies.

  • Ensure corrected invoices are raised accurately and delivered on time.

  • Work closely with order management, finance, and service teams to maintain seamless operations.

  • Keep detailed records and prepare regular reports on claims, credits, and rebills.

  • Ensure all processes comply with company systems and requirements.
